How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan in the app and start your 3 day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and is billed through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Pawfessor. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Pawfessor. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
What is free without Premium?
First aid guides are always free, with or without Premium. You can also create your dog's profile and see your plan.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies. You can request one from the App Store or Google Play.
